Hello! I am a problem solver, an open communicator, and an optimist. I believe that problems have solutions and can provide valuable learning experiences. Implementing processes and standards from these learnings will ensure future success.

Working across a variety of industries, with over 20 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, I have discovered a common thread - good communication, organization, documentation, and training are the building blocks to any successful organization. As a chemical engineer skilled in project management, continuous improvement, quality, maintenance, and operations, I am comfortable collaborating across all functions from leadership to plant floor teammates. I have experience in large corporations, small to medium sized business, established industries, as well as start-ups.
